UI/UX Designer - Labs by Bincom (for Aspiring Entrepreneurs)

About Labs by Bincom

Labs by Bincom is a 3-6-month pre-incubator program designed for tech professionals, developers, designers, and entrepreneurs passionate about building a startup from scratch. Selected participants will work with a team to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that solves real-world problems, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship from industry experts.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are not just looking for a job, but to become a co-founder and shape the future of a groundbreaking company. You will have the chance to collaborate with other talented individuals, develop and launch innovative tech products, and potentially own equity in the successful ventures created.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights into user needs and preferences.
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and other user-centered design artifacts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize user interfaces.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to bring products to market.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
• Support other team members.

Qualifications:

• Passion for design and a strong interest in building user-centered products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Portfolio showcasing your design skills and past projects (if applicable).
• No prior experience in entrepreneurship is required.
• A burning desire to build a successful technology company.
• Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
