About The Role
As a Marketplace Advertising Executive, you'll support our pay-per-click advertising efforts on Amazon and other marketplaces. You'll assist in structuring and optimising campaigns, using automation tools, and maximising the effectiveness of ad spend. Collaborating closely with senior team members, you'll develop your expertise in marketplace advertising, testing new ideas, and leveraging data-driven insights to support the growth of our brands. About The Role
As a Marketplace Advertising Executive, you'll support our pay-per-click advertising efforts on Amazon and other marketplaces. You'll assist in structuring and optimising campaigns, using automation tools, and maximising the effectiveness of ad spend. Collaborating closely with senior team members, you'll develop your expertise in marketplace advertising, testing new ideas, and leveraging data-driven insights to support the growth of our brands. Desired Outcomes
- Contribute to meeting PPC performance targets (e.g., ACOS/ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Learn to effectively use automation tools for campaign optimisation.
- Support increased visibility and impression share for key products.
- Maintain alignment with overall brand and marketing strategies.
Campaign Support & Optimisation
- Assist in managing and optimising Amazon and marketplace PPC campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and support targeted growth strategies.
- Monitor bids, budgets, and targeting under guidance from senior team members.
- Track campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Support running A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
- Document test results and assist in scaling successful approaches.
- Work closely with product teams to help implement PPC strategies for product launches and promotions.
- Assist in creating targeted campaigns and Sponsored Brand Ads for deals and new products.
- Collaborate with creative teams on developing engaging ad content.
- Provide input and feedback on ad assets to continually enhance performance.
- Stay informed on marketplace platform updates and PPC trends.
- Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in digital marketing and PPC.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data and keen to develop data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proactive learner: eager to develop expertise in marketplace PPC strategies and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organised, methodical, and precise in approach.
- Strong communication skills: effective at collaborating and presenting insights clearly.
- Strong grasp of Excel and/or Google Sheets: confident using spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and campaign tracking.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Salary : Subject to location and experience, indicative range: £25,000 - £35,000 p.a. + equity participation
