The Role

As Head of WCAP Transformation - Adjusting International, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of the Working Capital function within CTA. This role is central to driving operational excellence, embedding change, and aligning processes with Charles Taylor's broader business goals.

You will be responsible for leading transformation projects, optimising processes, and ensuring high standards of service, quality, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement change management strategies to support transformation within the Working Capital function.


  • Partner with leaders and teams to ensure smooth adoption of change, clear communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Review and improve end-to-end processes with a focus on reducing DSO and improving cash flow.
  • Identify risks and resistance to change, working collaboratively to resolve challenges.
  • Ensure alignment across senior leadership to drive strategic goals and provide regular project updates.
  • Lead global and regional initiatives, promoting best practices and process optimisation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integration with wider business strategies.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development through mentoring, onboarding, and team support.
  • Encourage teamwork and growth through open communication, recruiting diverse talent, and providing onboarding, mentoring, and coaching. Support balanced workloads and create an inclusive environment where colleagues feel valued and enabled to succeed.


  • Carry out Ad Hoc duties and tasks that are allocated to you at the discretion of management and that are within your capabilities and within the scope of your post.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
