Marketing Specialist - Part Time (0.55 FTE)
We are excited to announce a new part-time opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to shape and grow our brand in the Higher Education (HE) sector across the UK and Canada.
In this dynamic role, you will report directly to the Managing Director of Thesis SM and take ownership of brand development. You’ll play a key role in supporting and executing the strategy for growth, making this a varied and engaging position with plenty of scope for creativity and impact
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintaining and delivering the annual marketing plans including brand building and product marketing initiatives such as events, social media, digital campaigns, press releases, corporate identity and video
Developing and managing the website, keeping it fresh and up to date
Coordinating and preparing marketing content and collateral for product campaigns
Coordinating and preparing marketing content and collateral to showcase customer success stories
Organising internal and external tradeshows, events and online webinars
Managing social media campaigns
Someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, especially in a remote setting.
Maintaining operational oversight of marketing spend
Liaising with our external networks and agencies.
Liaising with the wider Thesis SM team.

Passionate about the Higher Education sector and eager to help expand our presence in the UK and Canada markets.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Experience in a B2B marketing role
Proficiency in Canva for design work is preferred
Proficiency in Social Media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Adobe applications
Familiarity with marketing software tools, including CRM and digital marketing platforms. Hubspot is a bonus
