What You Can Expect

We are seeking a Head of Content to spearhead the transformation of Workvivo into a content powerhouse and media company, in the internal communications and employee engagement space. This person is an experienced content strategist, storytelling expert, and cross-functional collaborator. You will lead the development and execution of Workvivo's overall content strategy. You will direct the creation and implementation of diverse content formats, including articles, videos, podcasts, and interactive media. You will make Workvivo known for its content arm, generating leads from content and contributing to the pipeline. You will also contribute to increased views, engagement, and following across platforms, building an engaged and growing community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in B2B SaaS (B2C is also acceptable).
  • Have excellent storytelling ability, capable of producing impactful content. Familiarity with HubSpot (within 12 months), Google Analytics, and Search Console to track content performance is a bonus.
  • Be strategic and focused on the full lifecycle of content, with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Help the company become known for its content, combining both a strategic and tactical mindset to achieve measurable results within 3 to 6 months.
  • Have excellent relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Have a growth oriented mindset. Experience in and adaptability to a high growth setting is a bonus.
