To help us keep the mission on track we’re looking for a dynamic Category Marketing Manager to lead our Active (training/running) and Kids categories. You’ll develop and execute campaigns and day-to-day initiatives that drive brand storytelling, audience engagement, and commercial growth.

As our Marketing Manager, helping to rewild human potential, here's what you'll be doing:
Campaigns & Content Moments
Lead Seasonal Campaigns
- Own and deliver campaigns annually from concept through to execution for the Active and Kids categories.
- Collaborate closely with the Category Lead to ensure alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
- Develop additional content activations throughout the year to drive awareness, engagement, and traffic beyond key campaign periods.
Active
Content & Customer Journeys
- Improve and optimise website journeys with the ecommerce team to clearly communicate the benefits of barefoot training and movement.
- Collaborate with the Community team to build partnerships with athletes, experts, and training groups.
- Work with Commercial and Channel teams to support trade activity, organise seasonal lookbooks, and drive the execution of our training and running strategies.
Awareness & Advocacy
- Partner with the Community and Organic Social teams to raise awareness among parents about the developmental benefits of barefoot footwear for children.
- Develop partnerships with like-minded organisations or ambassadors to amplify reach.
- Plan and produce educational, SEO-optimised content for our website.
- Manage product samples to support campaigns and content creation.
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in functional fitness and wellness.
- Strong digital skillset with experience delivering both creative and data-driven campaigns.
- Commercially astute is a must.
- Excellent communicator and team player, comfortable aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for natural movement, child development, and ethical, purpose-led products.
