We’re looking for a performance-focused and motivated individual to join our dynamic, friendly, and hardworking team. You’ll coordinate and execute a range of marketing activities—from planning digital campaigns and creating content to co-ordinating our presence at events and finding new ways to engage with our audiences. You’ll be helping us plan, develop, and deliver key marketing initiatives, reporting on performance to build on best practice and contribute to continuous improvement. A key part of the role will be developing our relationships with industry partners, ensuring we work with them effectively to optimise our profile across our key industry sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Location: Remote/Hemel Hempstead
Security Clearance: Level SC
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Benefits: 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund

What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and managing brand-building activities for new and existing services with a range of audiences in the private and public sectors
- Creating, developing, and implementing marketing plans including web, social media, events, webinars, PR, and more
- Embedding insights from our Market Insight and Research programmes to inform marketing campaigns and content creation
- Setting, monitoring, and reporting on campaign objectives and progress
- Using AI tools to create compelling content for marketing and business development communications
- Enthusiastic and confident communicator
- Proven ability to develop and deliver successful marketing campaigns
- Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strong content creation skills for various channels, including web, social media, video and podcasts
- Ability to analyse performance data and report on best practice
- Sector experience in B2B or tech (preferred but not essential)
