The What...

The Program Manager will play a vital enabling role in the safe and effective delivery of the roadmap and other cross-functional initiatives across the UK and Canada. This role focuses on creating the conditions for successful delivery—facilitating alignment, supporting planning and coordination, surfacing risks and interdependencies, and enabling clear and consistent communication across stakeholder groups.

Working across business, product, and technology teams, the Program Manager will bring structure, visibility, and support to complex initiatives, helping teams stay connected, informed, and on track.

Here's some of what you will be doing:

  • Facilitate coordination and communication across roadmap initiatives and strategic programs.
  • Support teams with structured planning, progress tracking, and cross-team alignment activities.
  • Prepare and support governance forums and leadership updates—ensuring decisions, actions, and progress are clearly captured and followed up.
  • Help identify and track interdependencies, risks, and blockers—escalating where needed and encouraging collaborative resolution.
  • Maintain a clear, consistent view of program health across initiatives, using reporting tools and dashboards where appropriate.
  • Act as a steady, neutral presence between teams—promoting transparency, shared understanding, and constructive problem-solving.
  • Encourage and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and collaboration.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Experience supporting, cross-functional programs or roadmap delivery across business, product, and technology teams.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and organisational skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
  • Pragmatic and adaptable—comfortable using a range of project management tools and techniques, whether traditional or Agile, depending on the needs of the initiative.
  • Able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • Skilled in preparing clear and effective updates, materials, and communications for a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
