Overview

Are you a Marketing Executive looking for a new challenge in B2B marketing? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team and support the delivery of our marketing plan to promote our services and products to a commercial audience.

As part of our UK & Ireland Retail Marketing Team, you'll play a key role in delivering a marketing plan that focuses on supporting client retention, cross-selling to existing clients, nurturing prospects, and generating new leads for our sales community. You'll be working with marketing colleagues and key stakeholders across Gallagher to deliver revenue through our campaigns.

The marketing team is based across the UK and Ireland, including within our network of offices. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home part of the week if you wish and occasional travel will be required.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Working with, and briefing, inhouse specialists to deliver multi-channel campaigns (including email, webinars, and social media) to our key audiences to support the objectives of retention, nurture and lead generation.
  • Support the delivery of a regular program of content for our website and social media.
  • Develop and co-ordinate a regular newsletter with compelling content that educates, informs and engages our audience
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, email KPIs and lead data to provide insights to optimise campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Acting as a marketing point of contact with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on marketing activity
  • Work with internal teams and processes to ensure campaigns are compliant and delivered on time.

About You

  • Experience in content marketing, lead generation, and email campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in financial services would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
