About the role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive is a generalist role which will support delivery of the SRC marketing plan across all areas of marketing. This includes delivery of a wide variety of online and offline marketing campaigns to build awareness of SRC among our target audience, position us as a thought leader, and further grow our sales pipeline.


What you’ll be getting up to:

  1. Support the achievement of MQL, SQL and pipeline targets.
  2. Support quarterly Campaign Steering Groups to agree the key campaign activities for the upcoming quarter, and the delivery of all campaigns via your role and the wider Marketing team.
  3. Support the management of SRC’s digital presence, including our website and social media.
  4. Report monthly KPIs to the Head of Marketing, and report reactively as needed.
  5. Support the integration of any acquired team members into the Marketing team.
  6. Via the Marketing tech stack and in coordination with the CRM Manager, build out marketing automations to ensure that workflows are set up and working, and content is used to personalise the experience for our various personas.
  7. Ensure all collateral, case studies, testimonials and GTM materials are up to date, reflect brand guidelines, and resonate with our target audience.
  8. Under the direction of the Head of Marketing, execute SRC’s presence as events and exhibitions, and also internal events to ensure the brand is well represented.
  9. Ensure all Marketing activity is reflected in Salesforce.
  10. Monitor and analyse competitors and carry out market research at the direction of the Head of Marketing.
  11. Support the Head of Marketing with discrete projects, as required, to support delivery of the marketing plan.

Education
