About us:

YuLife is an award-winning InsurTech company and an employee benefit provider.

We’re the world’s first “lifestyle insurance” company. While other insurers are there for people at the point of death or illness, we engage with people every day to help them live better lives.

To do that, we’ve built an award-winning app that rewards people for building healthy habits. It includes the best wellbeing and digital health tools in the world.

Customers can earn vouchers from great brands like Amazon, Tesco or ASOS for doing simple things like walking or practicing mindfulness. They can even do good by planting trees or cleaning the oceans from the app.

Our clients include Tesco, Capital One and Fujitsu, and we’ve been ranked the #1 employee benefit in the UK on Trustpilot. More recently, YuLife was recognized by CX Insurance Awards as ‘Best Insurtech 2024’ and the 8th Fastest Growing Technology Company in the UK in the prestigious 2023 Deloitte Technology Fast 50.

The role:

Lead and Manage Community Engagement

  • Set the vision for our YuLife community, focusing on building strong connections with HR and community partnerships and creating impactful events.
  • Organise and execute events and webinars that drive engagement with our HR and broker partners, fostering relationships that support business goals.
  • Manage community engagement campaigns to drive sign-ups to events and programs, including marketing campaigns that resonate with and engage our growing community.
  • Report on the success of community events and programs with clear metrics, showing how events and activities drive business impact.

Scale Community Programs

  • Create and optimise a playbook for scaling YuLife's community initiatives across regions, collaborating with our marketing and sales team.
  • Drive community programs to grow engagement within our HR network and the broader community.
  • Experiment with new community programs, partnerships, and campaigns to reach a wider audience, including HR professionals, founders, and industry leaders.

Drive Event and Community Engagement

  • Plan and execute engaging events that build deeper connections between YuLife and our HR partners.
  • Organise social media campaigns to energise our community and create excitement around YuLife’s mission.
  • Find creative ways to surprise, delight, and engage our community at scale through both online and offline events.

Some projects you could work on:

  • Lead events that bring together HR leaders to discuss wellness and innovative approaches to workplace wellbeing.
  • Organise campaigns that highlight YuLife’s wellbeing initiatives, helping our community understand the impact we can have on their organizations.
  • Build and grow YuLife’s community engagement strategy to increase brand awareness and foster meaningful relationships.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in community marketing, event management, or community engagement.
  • Proven experience working with partners (especially HR) to develop strong, impactful community relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for organising successful events and campaigns that drive engagement.
  • A data-driven approach to measuring the success of community programs, combined with a creative mind for generating new ideas.
  • A passion for connecting people and building thriving communities that make a positive impact on employee wellbeing.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS companies or with HR communities.
  • A creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ways to engage a community, both online and offline.
