Come join Acrylicize, a multidisciplinary creative studio that is exploring the boundaries between art and design in the context of place-making and identity. We design and work closely with fabricators to produce and install bespoke art installations to express a brand or identity, disrupting both the traditional art world model and accepted notions of branding.

This Fixed Term role exists as a part of the Sales and Marketing team, working closely with the Commercial Director and Marketing Manager on all brand-related projects. You’ll provide graphic design, video editing, and holistic marketing assistance as well as acting as the brand guardian, ensuring our brand guidelines are maintained and adhered to. It’s an opportunity to touch every aspect of our global marketing output, and make your mark on how Acrylicize is seen and received by all those who interact with us.

You will be….

  • Working closely with the Commercial Director, Marketing Manager and Head of Creative Programmes to realise the marketing vision of the studio and The Art House
  • Conceiving of and creating content for all social media channels
  • Actively contributing to the growth of our brand awareness online and globally
  • Developing all visual communication design: brand assets, website, portfolio, and any other related independent work
  • Keenly aware of the intricacies of the Acrylicize and The Art House brands
  • Providing creative input on strategic brand positioning
  • Developing and maintaining the Acrylicize portfolio and proposal templates
  • Managing design changes and updates to both the Acrylicize and The Art House websites
  • Creating and editing video and photographic content
  • Assisting with visualising pitch documents as and when required
  • Developing all visual communications for events and activations
  • Assisting the Operations Team in the development of internal documentation design (e.g pitch decks, sales assets, and presentations)


You must have…

  • 2+ years proven experience as a Graphic Designer within a digital capacity
  • Video and photography editing skills
  • Keen interest in social media trends and updates
  • Advanced level in Adobe CS, preferably including Premiere Pro, After Effects or another pro video editing software
  • Familiarity with Keynote
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for quality in every endeavour
  • Strong interpersonal skills with key stakeholders and team members
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent team player attitude
