You’ll design and deliver stand-out events, from conferences and trade shows to customer engagement experiences, ensuring every detail reflects our brand and drives meaningful connections. Beyond events, you’ll also support regional marketing campaigns, communications, and engagement programmes that bring our solutions to life for channel partners, consultants, and end customers.

  • Manage all aspects of event execution: content, comms, logistics, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive digital campaigns, marketing comms, and brand initiatives across key audiences.
  • Create engaging collateral, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Track performance, measure ROI, and share insights with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and global marketing teams.

The Fit

We’re looking for a confident and creative marketer with strong event management expertise. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree-level marketing qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years’ experience in B2B events and marketing communications.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver large-scale events from concept to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite or SEO/social media experience a plus.

Why Gallagher?

At Gallagher, we believe in a people-first culture where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. You’ll enjoy variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a visible impact in an international business that’s both established and entrepreneurial.

This role is based in our Warwick, UK office, where you'll be part of a close-knit and high-performing team.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary and bonus opportunities.
  • Strong team spirit - enjoy social activities, team-building events, and team lunches throughout the year.
