Job Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Supply and service multiple internal customers with precision.
• Control inventory movements to ensure timely and accurate product supply.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the storage/prep environment.
• Collaborate with team members to successfully implement production initiatives.
• Adapt to varied working conditions, including room temperature and freezer environments.
• Support overtime and flexible shifts as required by business needs.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar industry or manufacturing environment.
• Passion for continuous improvement and engagement in production initiatives.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in varied temperature conditions.
• Strong dedication to safety for yourself and others.
• Flexibility to support overtime and shift changes.

Working Conditions

The role will be in a storage / prep environment supplying, storing and controlling inventory movements, to ensure our product is supplied and located in a timely and accurate manner.

Mainly in a warehouse, but not restricted to. Flexibility is required in the role, depending on business requirements. Heavy lifting involved and varied working temperature conditions, eg room temperature to freezer. Must be able to support overtime when required and be flexible regarding shifts. The successful candidate must have a passion for Safety of themselves and others.
