Many of our past management trainees are now in a senior leadership role and some of the most talented now sit on the mainboard!
We are now recruiting a Management Trainee – Quantity Surveyor to join our programme in September 2025. You will join our Yorkshire team with offices in Leeds. This programme offers a structured, fast-track route to a career in quantity surveying and gives you the knowledge, qualifications and a chance to join one of the most forward-thinking construction and property companies in the UK.
As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, your career is all about managing the costs of a project. This will include preparing tender and contract documents, weighing up commercial risks, procuring the best supply chain and managing payments for completed work. On our programme we will provide you with a great foundation for a successful and rewarding career in construction; you will get exposure to all areas of our business to develop your understanding of the construction business as a whole, not just your chosen discipline.
On successful completion of the training programme, you will be promoted into an assistant level role within your chosen discipline and positively supported to complete a professional qualification such as RICS, CIOB or RIBA.
