The Opportunity

As a Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver weekly accounts with variance commentary and track commercial performance.
  • Lead cost reviews, support budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with budget holders.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs, manage rebate accruals, and oversee gross margin across sites.
  • Produce depot-level P&Ls and advise on new depot openings.
  • Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives and support system/process improvements.

  • CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified
  • Strong financial accounting and advanced Excel skills essential
  • Food manufacturing and logistics experience desirable
