Our brand new purpose-built Art Deco building has stunning views over Poole Harbour and Sandbanks.
As our Maintenance Operative - you’ll be able to support our residents in a safe and caring environment, where they can live their lives as if in the comfort of their own home.
What you will be doing:
Key duties will include both planned and reactive maintenance work covering plumbing, heating, electrical, decoration, fire testing, care equipment and carpentry throughout the home.

We are looking for the following skills/experience:
- Basic Electrical Safety Certificate
- Knowledge of Plumbing and Legionella
- Experience using heating, electrical and fire systems
- Can confidently use own initiative and work with minimum supervision
- MEWPS experience - desirable but not essential
- Heating and/or Plumbing qualifications - ideal but not essential
