This post is a Secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.

This post is for a Local Improvement lead with the Maternity and Neonatal Safety Support Programme Implementation Network.
Main duties of the job
Take leadership of a local perinatal improvement team that is responsible for the planning, oversight, measurement and delivery of the priorities within the Maternity and Neonatal Safety Support Programme Discovery Report, both locally and nationally.
Be responsible for the local implementation of evidence-based interventions and a portfolio of improvement projects, working with a
broad range of stakeholders to support appropriate and aligned improvement strategies.
Work with both local perinatal teams and the Wales Maternity and Neonatal Strategic and Implementation Networks in the coordination
and delivery of the programme to ensure its successful implementation.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
