- Gaining your professional Class 1 license while mastering advanced vehicle handling techniques and learning smart route planning and optimisation

Basic Qualifications
- To qualify for this programme, you must:
- Be 18 years or over before the start date (June 2026)
- Have the right to live and work in England (if you are on a visa, this needs to enable you to legally work and reside in England for the entire duration of the programme until May 2027)
- Have lived in the UK or in the European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 years
- Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
- Not be registered to study on a UK government funded course ending May 2026 or later
- Have at least 2 GCSEs grades 9-4/A-C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Active Class B Driver's License
- Ability to obtain a HGV Driver's license category C+E
- As a condition of employment, the successful candidate must undergo and pass a comprehensive medical check prior to the start date.
- Following the medical check forms D2/D4 must be sent to DVLA awaiting the decision on Provisional C+E license entitlements.
- Candidates will be asked to provide the new driving license share code before the apprenticeship start date
- If your qualifications were gained outside of the UK you must provide a Statement of Comparability from UK ENIC to confirm eligibility.
- As part of the recruitment and enrolment process for this apprenticeship, candidates must provide proof of all required qualifications. Original certificates or certified copies must be submitted. This is a mandatory requirement to secure the position. A deadline for providing qualification certificates will be shared with successful candidates. Applications without verified qualifications by the stated deadline will automatically be unsuccessful. Failure to provide proof of qualifications by the stated deadline will result in the withdrawal of any conditional offer and you will not be able to commence the apprenticeship program.
- You have 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4/A-C (or equivalent), including Maths, English and a Science/Technology subject.
