Lettings Negotiator

With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester City Centre. The salary ranges from £24,000 - £25,000 plus commission.

Let's talk about the role, it involves;

• Registration and management of Letting applicants
• Arranging & completing viewings/appointments
• Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
• Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
• Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed
• Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
• Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions
