Lettings Governance Trainee
Foxtons
We’re looking for someone organised, reliable, and ready to learn to join our central lettings team at Foxtons. This is an entry-level role, so you don’t need any previous experience in property or administration, just a strong work ethic and a good eye for detail.
You’ll be part of the team that helps make sure our lettings processes are accurate, compliant, and well-documented. It’s a busy role, so being able to stay focused under pressure and meet daily targets is important.
What you’ll be doing:
⦁ Keeping lettings records up to date and accurate
⦁ Supporting the team with admin tasks like document checks and data entry
⦁ Helping with landlord and tenant paperwork
⦁ Working through a high volume of tasks each day
⦁ Flagging anything that doesn’t look right and following up where needed
What we’re looking for:
⦁ You’re organised and like working through tasks methodically
⦁ You pay attention to detail and don’t cut corners
⦁ You’re comfortable working at pace and hitting daily targets
⦁ You stay calm under pressure and can manage your time well
⦁ You’re a team player and happy to ask questions when you’re unsure
What you’ll get:
⦁ An intensive, ongoing training programme
⦁ Great career opportunities
⦁ Incentives to reward hard work as a team
⦁ Diversity and inclusion networks
⦁ Wellbeing package including enhanced sick pay and subsidised gym membership
⦁ Enhanced parental policies, including generous shared parental leave
