Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, and we are at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution.

We’re looking for a pragmatic and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing in-house Legal team. If you’re qualified, have at least 1-3 years PQE, and are eager to develop your career in a fast-paced, global SaaS business, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders.

What we are looking for…

We’re seeking a qualified solicitor with a strong grounding in commercial contracts who is motivated to learn and adapt. You’ll work directly with the Head of Legal, providing timely, business-focused advice across a variety of commercial and corporate matters, with plenty of scope to grow your experience and influence.

This role is based at our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Key responsibilities of the role…

Commercial Contracts

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including MSAs, EULAs, DPAs, licensing, and supplier/partnership contracts
  • Support enterprise and public sector bid and tender processes

Advisory & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal teams and non-legal stakeholders
  • Balance legal risk with commercial objectives, ensuring effective business outcomes

Governance & Corporate Support

  • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and management systems
  • Support wider corporate, company secretarial, M&A, and intellectual property matters

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across legal and business processes
  • Help ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

About You…

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (0–3 years PQE)
  • Strong foundation in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management ability
  • Commercially astute and pragmatic, with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in SaaS, IT, or telecoms is desirable
  • Proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop new skills
