Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, helping them achieve their academic and personal potential
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they feel included and engaged
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
• Help children develop social and emotional skills
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A passion for working with children and helping them succeed
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Experience in supporting children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual pupils' needs
• A positive and proactive attitude towards promoting inclusion and learning
• Be able to communicate effectively within a team
• Be able to work 8.30am-3.30pm
