The role of a Learning Support Mentor will provide personalised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them navigate their learning journey. Your ability to engage with students one-on-one or in small groups will play a key role in their development and success.

Location: DorchesterSalary: £12.82 per hour
Start Date: Immediate or January 2025

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students in various situations.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting young learners.
- Good organisational skills to manage your time effectively and track student progress.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new strategies for student support.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
- Possess a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
