Role Description
We are seeking to appoint a keen, enthusiastic, conscientious and proactive individual as a Learner Data Services Administration Apprentice to join our busy Learner Data Services Team.
Your responsibilities will include providing data support in a range of areas of work related to examinations, enrolments, registers, timetabling and audit procedures. To be considered for this role. Previous experience in administration would be an advantage.
It is also essential that you have good organisational skills; in particular, you will be effective in planning and prioritising a heavy workload and meeting conflicting deadlines. Successful candidates will have careful attention to detail, excellent communication and keyboard skills and the ability to liaise with a broad range of people that includes students and staff.
We are looking for a strong team player, someone with a flexible approach to their work and who is willing to help out where needed. It is also essential that you are committed to raising standards of customer service.
