Lab Technician

Lab Technician Required In Runcorn

Our client, one of the world’s leading names in their industry, are looking for a Quality Technician to work in Whitehouse Industrial Estate, Runcorn.

Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and improving a world-class Quality Management System,

Your Main Duties Will Be

• Execution of Quality Control Plans, quality testing and process sampling/monitoring activities, data input, visual management and analysis of results in order to identify, communicate and segregate non-conforming product.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving processes
• To undertake improvement projects, or project actions.
• Participation in audits and auditing.
• Perform verification & calibration checks of QC measurement equipment on site
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Be

• Have demonstrable experience of foundation Quality Control tools, such as Root Cause Analysis, risk-based thinking, deviation handling and data analysis
• Demonstrated working experience of quality sampling and testing in a production and laboratory environment.
• Confident risk-based prioritisation/decision making ability and improvement-orientated approach.
  
  

You will be provided with an excellent working environment, with a supportive, value-led, workplace culture with a pay rate of £12.82 per hour

The job initially operates Monday to Friday; working Day Shifts

The role could move rotating day shifts with a shift allowance
