Job Introduction
We are looking for two talented HR coordinators to join our ASKHR team based at our Runcorn location on Full-time Fixed-term contracts! (one position for 12 months and the second until July 2025).
You will work with a team of enthusiastic HR coordinators working to support our colleagues across the organisation in our health care services. You will work to ensure compliance is ensured and advice in line with policies and produces is given to support our colleagues.
You will participate in being a point of contact via our phonelines for our colleagues who require support.

As a HR Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
The Ideal Candidate
You will have a strong personality and proactive can do approach to your work. You will be a team player, with a desire to deliver great customer service. You will be working in a team which manages a high volume of transactions and so therefore you must be comfortable working to deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities. You also will be able to build effective working relationships dealing with people at all levels within the business.
HR and previous onboarding candidate experience is desirable but not essential; the role is an opportunity to gain skills and experience in this field of work.

Main Responsibility

- Triaging calls and emails aiming to resolve the majority of questions directly, including queries on annual leave, performance management, sickness, pay and compliance related activity
- Deliver a consistent and professional level of service to key stakeholders within the Senior Leadership Team
- Use knowledge from training and experience to provide advice and support to internal colleagues
- Processing payroll activities
- Ensuring compliance is maintained in line with CQC regulations
- Offering support in TUPE processes

Package Description
We have two positions available:
- One position is a fixed term contract for 12 months
- One position is a fixed term contract until July 2025
