Key Accountabilities
- Ensure safe handling of knife and correct PPE is being worn at all times
- Correct removal of defects and bones to achieve specification and maximise yield.
- Ensure fish are fed correctly on the machine where applicable.
- Ensure the quality of the product meets specification and remove any that do not meet this
- Ensure GMP is adhered to.
- Inform Co-ordinator of any product quality issues that may arise e.g. quality
- Ensure knife is sharpened as required, any issues must be reported.
