Kitchen Supervisor - The Thomas Hardye School

We are seeking to appointment a Cook to support our busy school canteen between 6:30am and 3.00pm daily. The successful applicant will take a leading role in preparation, cooking and serving of food, directing any supervising any assistant cooks and kitchen assistants. The role will also involve maintaining the kitchen areas, compliance, record keeping and managing stock. This position includes the responsibility for line managing Kitchen Assistants and Catering Supervisors.

You will work under the direct supervision of the School Catering Manager/Senior Cook.
