We are looking for a passionate person to join our Kitchen Brigade.

The Role will involve the following

  • Cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery
  • Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • Helping with the laundry for back of house requirements
  • Assisting Chefs
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking
  • Assisting Cleaning Chef stations
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Essential Skills

  • Good work ethic and can work as part of a busy team.
  • Enjoys a busy environment
  • Flexible approach to the working week
  • Methodical and clean worker
  • Enjoys following checklists and takes satisfaction from your work

Ideal Skills, but we can help with your training if we believe you are the right candidate:

  • Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques
  • Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
  • Experience of kitchen equipment
  • Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives
