Key Accounts

We are looking to recruit a Key Account Administrator to be based in our Warrington Office on a full time and permanent basis working from Monday through to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining key account information, working on their own with minimal supervision and utilising initiative.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing documentation, and producing reports for meetings
  • Prepare for and attend key account management meetings when required
  • Take and screen calls, enquiries and requests, and handle appropriately
  • Deal with incoming email and often correspond on behalf of management efficiently and professionally
  • Keep the clients up to date with all issues regarding their contract and follow up on any requests
  • Respond to clients needs promptly and be the first point of call ensuring customer service is paramount
  • Maintenance of files, assisting with worksheets, schedules, and other service-related documents
  • General administrative duties - including typing correspondence, dictation, record keeping etc
  • Keeping the in-house system up to date and updating customer service portals to ensure we adhere to KPIs & SLAs
  • Producing client invoice applications and preparing and sending accurate sales invoices
  • Communicating professionally with all people and departments both externally and internally
  • Logging & processing callouts / maintenance and liaising with engineers to ensure completion

What We're Looking For

  • Proven administrative experience in a similar role is essential
  • Proficient use of MS Office Systems (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal communication and written skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines without compromising on accuracy
  • Experience of dealing directly with internal and external clients
  • Relationship building skills (internal and external) and be a team player
  • Highly organised, proactive with the ability to work as a Team as well as on own initiative
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Able to resolve conflicting demands to ensure good customer service
  • Working with minimal supervision and utilising initiative
