Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams of engineers and manufacturing staff to deliver complex projects.
- Apply and enforce effective project management techniques and processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Schedule and manage projects using Microsoft Project and MS Project Server.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues before escalation.
- Collaborate with Finance to monitor budgets and prepare project status dashboards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
- 1-2 years proven experience in managing projects from bid to production, with a focus on production within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
- Solid understanding of risk management in project contexts.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Project Server, or similar enterprise project management tools.
- Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Eligibility for Security Clearance and UK Nationality are required due to the nature of the projects.
