You will play a vital role in supporting our teaching staff and enhancing the educational experience for our students. Whether assisting in classrooms, providing one-on-one support, or leading extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Support teachers in assessing and monitoring student progress.
  • Provide individual or small group support to students who need additional help.
  • Encourage and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
  • Participate in and lead extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the school community.

Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on education or a related field.
  • A passion for working with children and a desire to pursue a career in education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
