Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google, Twitter, and any other relevant platforms
- Work alongside the creative & content team to develop new ideas and bring them to life.
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with your line manager and digital marketing team to develop and implement strategies to achieve overall business objectives. Planning in advance for key dates of the year and product drops.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices for PPC advertising.
- Regularly provide detailed reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure all campaigns are within budget and meet ROI targets
- Collaborate with your line manager to align PPC strategies with overall objectives.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices for PPC advertising across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google, and Twitter.
- Continuously monitor and analyse industry developments and make recommendations for adapting to new trends and changes in the PPC landscape.
- Collaborate with the wider e-commerce team to develop campaigns that drive conversions through the e-commerce website.
- Provide relevant updates on PPC campaigns so the website content can be adjusted accordingly.
- Work closely with the Digital Experience Executive to optimise user experience and landing pages for maximum conversion rate.
- Provide feedback and insights on website design, user experience, and messaging to help improve conversion rate.
- Use analytics and data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the e-commerce team to implement solutions.
- An understanding of 3 or more paid platforms
- Understanding of the wider Digital Marketing landscape (PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Programmatic channels).
- Ability to work with numbers and data interpretation.
- Minimum of 1+ years in a paid media role.
- Managed a paid advertising budget in a previous role (budget of £200k)
- Understanding of Meta, Snapchat, and Google Ads platforms.
- Creative mindset to innovate and drive sales creatively.
- An understanding of pixels and event tracking
- Flexibility in adapting to fast-changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to understand & adjust to differences between geographies & cultures.
