We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who are eager to begin their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.
Location: Swansea
Hours: 39 hours per week (Maternity Contract)
Shifts: Monday 08:30-16:00, Tuesday 08:30-17:30, Wednesday 08:30-16:00, Thursday 08:30-16:00, Friday 08:30-16:00 & Saturday 09:00-17:00 holiday cover
Salary: Up to £13.30 per hour depending on pharmacy qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
For those joining us as a trainee pharmacy assistant you will be learning on the job and undertaking a Healthcare Assistant course as well as progressing towards a nationally recognised Level 2 NVQ in Dispensing.
We’re Looking For
Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well in a team or independently
Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services
