Join our dynamic systems team as a Junior IT Analyst. Are you passionate about technology and eager to launch your IT career?

In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless IT operations, efficiently resolving support requests and liaising with third-party vendors for issue resolution and equipment management. If any of our employees have IT support queries, you'll be the go-to person!

You'll contribute to enhancing our IT infrastructure, assist with system checks to meet security standards and play a key role in collaborative IT projects. From managing hardware and software assets to supporting Microsoft 365 Admin and Azure environments, you’ll help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative workplace.

You'll be based at our stunning Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire 5 days per week (Monday- Friday).

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Serving as the first port of call for IT issues, managing and resolving IT support requests promptly and effectively
  • Liaising with third-party vendors for support, issue resolution and ordering replacement equipment when needed
  • Assisting in identifying areas for improvement within the IT infrastructure, supporting more senior colleagues in implementing solutions
  • Contributing to the development and application of best practices for IT system usage and management
  • Assisting in conducting system checks and audits to ensure compliance with security and efficiency standards
  • Providing support on IT-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective collaboration across departments
  • Ensuring suitable desk setups for users, managing hardware, peripherals and necessary configurations
  • Managing company hardware assets, including tracking inventory, ordering replacements and ensuring proper maintenance
  • Managing software licenses, ensuring appropriate allocation, renewal and compliance
  • Documenting IT processes, configurations and any system changes with accuracy and clarity
  • Providing support for users and devices within Microsoft 365 Admin and assist with Azure environment tasks under guidance
  • Performing other reasonable ad-hoc duties as required by the company


THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical staff.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with MacOS is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of network security best practices and performance optimisation techniques is a plus but not essential.
