The role:
To support the Senior Brand Manager/ Brand Manager in managing their sub-category from innovation concept to launch, incl. campaigns and activation through NPD led events.

The role:
To support the Senior Brand Manager/ Brand Manager in managing their sub-category from innovation concept to launch, incl. campaigns and activation through NPD led events.
What you will do:
- Supporting the Senior Brand Manager / Brand Manager generating actionable insights to help with formalisation of the overarching Category strategy for their assigned projects/sub-category, with a specific focus on consumer needs and market insights. Presenting analysis & recommendations to Senior Leadership team.
- Manage NPD projects from initiation to product concepts through to launch through Kaihatsu process. Responsibility includes delivery of on-time briefs with a clear business case with consumer benefit & commercial viability in mind. Working multi-functionally with Project management, Finance, Sourcing, creative and Pack Design teams. Continuously review project assortment & product performance to ensure we stay ahead of competition and relevant to market needs.
- Accountable for the organisation and delivery of bi-annual sell-in presentations working collaboratively with other Junior Brand Managers and the rest of Brand & Product development team
- Responsible for briefing global campaigns to Creative team and feeding into the creative conception through to asset creation ensuring the delivery is on Brand, taps into consumer insight and lands the key campaign objectives. Supporting the shoot organisation with sample ordering and any other support needed by Creative team. Driving the delivery of a global toolkit and reviewing activation plans across all touch points and channels to ensure consistency.
- Post Project/Campaign Analysis; Initiating and consolidating the analysis across functions and channels to understand the global campaign performance to turn into actions for future projects/ campaigns.
- Adhoc; time to time support on sample ordering, supporting market requests, raising POs, attending Insights studies, and administrative tasks to maintain ESG claims.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience preferably within a health and beauty, brand - driven business
- A minimum of 6 months spent in a head office product development role
- Experience in a global business is advantageous
- Demonstrable consumer focus and ability to turn insight into actionable projects
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills. Microsoft office competence is essential
- Highly creative
- Comfortable with a high level of initiative and a clear focus on delivering results
- Demonstrable strong affinity with the Molton Brown brand and the luxury beauty world
- Flexible, adaptable and organised.
