Senior Product Marketing Manager

Monta

Date: 2 days ago
City: London
Contract type: Full time
Do you want to help the world EV better?

We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager.

Is this you?

As a Senior PMM at Monta, you will act as the bridge between product and go-to-market organization to ensure our product strategy and roadmap is translated into compelling messaging, materials, and campaigns that drive adoption and sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, product, sales, and marketing.

We are looking for a superstar that understands complex technical products, can turn roadmaps and features into clear narratives / customer-facing materials, and will orchestrate go-to-market launches across many teams at once. Being a Senior PMM at Monta is an incredibly strategic opportunity, directly impacting our growth and company strategy.

Who are we?

We are Monta: the powerful EV platform connecting the dots in the entire EV charging industry. We serve drivers, companies, cities, and the electricity grid with our proactive technology.

We have a dream…

EV charging is our passion. We want to make it simple, accessible, and reliable for everyone. Since our technology is compatible with all charge point brands (!), we aim to help everyone enjoy the same, consistent charging experience: from EV drivers in their homes to charge point owners, EV charging businesses or EV fleets. We tackle the complexities of the ecosystem in a truly technological way, providing a tailored software solution for all things EV.

Here Are Some Things You’ll Be Working On

  • Market & Competitor Intelligence: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Monta's products, competition, and market trends for target customers / industries.
  • Voice of Customer: Own and evolve our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Act as the voice of the customer across the organization—bringing insights from the field to shape product direction, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
  • Value Drivers: Define and maintain commercial value drivers of our platform for core industries and customer groups to enhance our go-to-market.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Work with Product to build materials around product roadmap, new launches and own the value proposition behind features/concepts - especially for our core CPMS platform.
  • Product expert: Be the spokesperson for product groups when necessary e.g. present on stage and deliver demos in key marketing events, deliver trainings to partners and internal teams as thought leader on our platform.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan roll-out activities for large to medium feature releases, working with regional and growth teams for localized campaigns and enablement for sales + post-sales adoption of new product.
  • Internal enablement: Create sales collateral, battlecards, case studies, and training on key products.
  • Content Development & thought leadership: Oversee creation of content (white papers, blog posts, demo videos) related to our product & website messaging.
  • Release Management: Work with product managers to build processes that ensure commercial success and communication of few feature launches and updates

To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:

  • 5-8 years of direct experience in product marketing.
  • B2B experience including: account-based marketing, solution messaging, complex technical products, and multi-industry go-to-market.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics to inform decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to ‘roll-up your sleeves’ and get things done across the organization.
  • Strong project management skills on complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong passion for high-quality content creation and public speaking.

(Do you fit most of these requirements, but not all? That’s fine: we’d love to hear from you all the same!)

What will you get?

  • Share Monta’s success through our generous warrant program.
  • Relax and unwind during your 30 paid vacation days (5 weeks + 5 top-up days).
  • Use your personal learning budget and take some time off for your personal/professional development.
  • Hop in our shared company car (or hop on an electric bike) in our bigger offices
  • Stay fit with your subsidized gym membership.
  • Never go hungry (or thirsty) again with the free snacks & beverages at our office
  • Enjoy your subsidized healthy lunches at our offices.
  • Prepare for the future with your pension and health insurance accounts.
  • Spend time with your family during your paid parental leave.

At Monta we foster a dynamic, on-site environment where innovation thrives and teamwork is strengthened. We recognise the importance of work-life balance where flexibility is supported and encouraged provided that it aligns with your responsibilities and the needs of your team.

Please send us your application in English.

To succeed in this position, your spoken and written English skills need to be proficient. Since Monta is a globally active company, you’ll be communicating often and regularly with our co-workers and partners around the world, making your professional English knowledge essential.
