A financial institution is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) within the banking sector. This role will support ongoing ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM enhancements and implementations.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure system configuration aligns with business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support testing, training, and adoption of ServiceNow solutions within the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Type: Rolling contract
- Location: Hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the office
- Rate: £450 – 500pd inside IR35
