Registered Mental Health Nurse required for 37.5 hours per week in Winsford

You’ll be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative to make effective decisions to improve care quality You will be confident in your ability to lead teams and develop support staff to achieve their individual performance outcomes. Experience of Mentorship and a supervisor qualification would be desirable but are not essential. You should be flexible in your working patterns to support a team which provides 24 hour support 7 days per week.

About your experience

You will need to hold a current NMC Registered Nurse qualification (active PIN number) and ideally have experience of working with service users along a pathway to promote their independence Knowledge of the MHA (1983) would be an advantage. However, updated training will be given.

As well as working within a great team and within a great culture, you can expect to earn a competitive salary ranging from £16.83 - £20.58 per hour dependent upon experience as well as an annual holiday allowance of 33 days inclusive of bank holidays Salary based on post-qualification experience, pro rata depending on actual working hour-£32,909 per annum (£16.83 per hour) – As a preceptorship nurse £35,353 per annum (£18.08 per hour) – At the end of your preceptorship or for those with up to 2 years post-preceptorship. Experience £40,241 per annum (£20.58 per hour) – For individuals with 2 years or more post-qualification experience.
