IT Support Analyst

Enra Specialist Finance is looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for all IT-related calls, emails, and tickets from staff. In this role, you’ll provide efficient support, resolve technical issues, and ensure colleagues across the business have the tools and assistance they need to work effectively.

• 1st line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from software to hardware, such as Laptops, mobiles and Printers.
• Administer Active Directory- Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups.
• Maintaining an Asset Database and track changes.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior members of the team.
• To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
• To arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house.

• User & Security Group Active Directory administration.
• Windows and Mac Operating Systems support.
