Job Purpose
To support the IT Services organisation of a global service provider in the flexible workplace solutions market.
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including project delivery, project control, reporting,
documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role is key to ensuring that IT projects are delivered
efficiently, within scope, and to agreed quality and timeline standards.

documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role is key to ensuring that IT projects are delivered
efficiently, within scope, and to agreed quality and timeline standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and deliver in-country (Europe and UK) IT projects approved at a global level.
- Coordinate with local managers and business teams across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, helpdesk resources, network and infrastructure engineers, security teams, and third-party vendors.
- Work with Customer Technology Managers to scope resource needs based on project deliverables and required skills.
- Assist in identifying and securing project resources by liaising with relevant functional leads.
- Own and maintain project documentation including:
- Project initiation documents
- Cost justifications and business cases
- Transition to Business-As-Usual (BAU) plans
- Support handover materials
- Regular project status and progress reports
- Highlight and escalate delays and risks using RAG charts and other status tools.
- Create and manage project Gantt charts, timelines, and critical path documentation.
- Apply Change Control processes when necessary to manage scope or delivery impacts.
- Participate in regular PMO and governance meetings to report on status and share updates.
Our ideal candidate will have Project Management experience and ideally will be working in or with an IT or Operations department.
- Proven experience in IT Project Management or a similar project delivery role.
- Proven experience of using MS dynamics finance and operations
- Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, or service delivery models. Strong stakeholder management skill (is a must have)
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills; able to meet tight deadlines.
- Confident managing multiple tasks/projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Cross-cultural awareness and ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solution-focused mindset.
- Able to operate in a flat organisational structure with a hands-on, “no task too small” attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, MPSO, Word and PowerPoint
- Previous experience managing projects within a multi-national company is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management or IT-related role.
