Job Introduction

Landmarc is the leading Industry Partner for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), delivering the contract to manage and maintain the Defence Training Estate (DTE). Our IT Department plays a vital role in supporting our people with the technology they need to deliver this mission.

The IT Technology Enablement Team works closely with the business to deliver impactful technology solutions, manage IT projects, and support departmental operations. We’re now looking for an IT Coordinator to join this dynamic team and help us deliver excellence across our IT portfolio.

Your Role

As IT Coordinator, you’ll support the smooth running of IT projects and product teams, helping to coordinate activities, track progress, and communicate updates across the business. You’ll also assist with departmental operations including resource planning, supplier management, and budget coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project and product team schedules, activities, and reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance and highlight risks.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications, including meeting agendas and updates.
  • Support internal communications via newsletters, intranet, and IT Town Halls.
  • Assist with process improvement and documentation across the IT department.
  • Maintain resource and capacity planning tools, highlighting gaps and risks.
  • Track supplier performance and ensure contract compliance.
  • Support IT budget coordination, procurement, and invoice processing.
  • Manage reporting tools and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Provide training and support on project management tools and templates.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting IT departments or project offices.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage time, resources, and project schedules effectively.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with IT services or project environments.
  • Experience working with suppliers and validating invoices.
  • Exposure to project management tools and reporting systems.

Prerequisites

  • Eligibility for BPSS & SC clearance
  • UK driving licence (desirable for travel between Landmarc locations).

About The Company

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE).
