what You'll Do
- To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development.
- Maintain system integrity, Stock Control, Goods Receipt / Despatch Processes, Reverse Logistics and KPI reporting as per the agreed procedures
- Support the production of site KPI's and reports
- Responsibility for maintaining and managing stock integrity and minimizing DHL's contractual stock loss liabilities.
- Preparation of all relevant documents - ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and local requirements
- Ensuring compliance of all customer requirements and engagement with business partners and customers to promote best in class.
- Experience using Manhattan Active is essential
- 6Rivers is desirable
- Previous Inventory Manager Experience
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
