Inventory Manager

Pay Rate: £40,000 to £47,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Grade: K

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 8 hour day shift (may be a requirement to work weekends during startup) to be discussed at interview

Location: Coventry - CV2 2TA

what You'll Do

• To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development.
• Maintain system integrity, Stock Control, Goods Receipt / Despatch Processes, Reverse Logistics and KPI reporting as per the agreed procedures
• Support the production of site KPI's and reports
• Responsibility for maintaining and managing stock integrity and minimizing DHL's contractual stock loss liabilities.
• Preparation of all relevant documents - ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and local requirements
• Ensuring compliance of all customer requirements and engagement with business partners and customers to promote best in class.

• Experience using Manhattan Active is essential
• 6Rivers is desirable
• Previous Inventory Manager Experience
• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
