Calling all organised and motivated individuals!

MCH is looking for experienced administrators to work on site with our community nursing teams resolving patient issues and ensuring the nursing teams have what they need to provide quality healthcare to patients.

As an integrated neighbour teams (INT) administrator your role will involve:

  • Supporting the nursing teams and patients navigate the pathways.
  • Dealing with complex and sensitive information.
  • Needing to adapt your style of communication according to need and situation.
  • Having problem solving skills and be able to manage expectations and use your judgement.
  • Supporting the clinical teams daily with capacity and referral management and work as a key member of the coordination team.
  • Also supporting performance reporting and collection of data.
