Cross Rental Services are recruiting for a proactive, and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our Sales team based in Andover. This is your chance to drive new business growth, support our field sales team, and play a pivotal role in our exciting commercial strategy!
This is currently a standalone role reporting to the UK Sales Director, the Inside Sales Executive will make outbound calls, with the objective of securing face-to-face appointments for the external sales team.

Cross Rental Services are a leading provider of rental solutions in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) sector, catering to a range of businesses in the Facilities Management, Construction, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Events and Petrochemical markets.
Cross Rental Services has experienced substantial growth and expansion through acquisition since it was established in 2017. Currently, we boast a strong presence in nine strategic sites across the UK & Ireland.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively generate leads through outbound calls to secure face-to-face appointments for our external sales team.
- Re-engage lapsed customers based on the seasonality of our HVAC services, ensuring strong relationships are rebuilt and maintained.
- Research and target new customers on your own initiative to expand our client base.
- Collaborate closely with the field sales team to schedule appointments and share best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Telesales experience is essential – you’re confident, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced, open-plan office.
- Proactive and driven – you take the initiative and research new prospects, customers and markets.
- Team player with strong communication skills and great attention to detail.
- Open to any industry background – HVAC experience is desirable but not essential, just a willingness to learn.
