What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support the delivery of infrastructure design projects, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring their needs are met through clear communication and timely project updates.
- Utilise your technical expertise in software such as AutoCAD and MicroDrainage to create effective designs and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage and oversee Section 38 and Section 278 agreements, ensuring compliance with local authority standards and regulations.
- Contribute to the team's overall success by sharing your knowledge, mentoring junior staff, and promoting an ethos of continuous learning and improvement.
- Proven experience in infrastructure design, with a strong technical background in civil engineering and the ability to work across a variety of projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and MicroDrainage.
- Experience with Section 38 and Section 278 agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, local authorities, and internal teams.
- Membership in a relevant professional institution is desirable but not essential.
