Are you ready to take ownership of security in a fast-growing iGaming studio?

We’re looking for a hands-on Information Security Specialist to build, strengthen, and evolve Games Inc.’s security framework. You’ll be the go-to expert on regulatory and security compliance, leading audits and ensuring our platform meets the highest standards required by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll set policies, guide the company through audits, and work directly with Platform and Engineering teams to design and enforce secure practices across infrastructure, cloud hosting, and CI/CD pipelines.

All You Need Is

  • Proven track record as an Information Security Specialist (or similar) within a slot studio, platform provider, or regulated iGaming business;
  • Strong experience with UKGC/MGA audits and deep understanding of regulatory expectations;
  • Solid background in cloud security (AWS/GCP), network security, CI/CD security integration, and identity/access management;
  • Experience building and enforcing security policies, monitoring systems, and incident response plans;
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with regulators, auditors, and technical teams;
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset, thriving in fast-moving and scaling environments.

Your Daily Adventures Will Look Like

  • Leading and coordinating all information security requirements for license applications, audits, and renewals;
  • Acting as the primary contact for regulators, auditors, and certification bodies;
  • Designing and maintaining company-wide information security policies, controls, and procedures;
  • Overseeing secure practices across hosting, infrastructure, and data protection;
  • Monitoring for vulnerabilities, breaches, and suspicious activity;
  • Reporting regularly on risk, compliance, and overall security posture;
  • Mentoring teams on security best practices and helping scale InfoSec as the company grows.

Why You Will Love Working Here

  • A remote-first culture built on trust, flexibility, and respect;
  • An ambitious, transparent leadership team that actually listens;
  • Plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make a big, meaningful impact;
  • A product you can influence at the deepest level;
  • Competitive salary, holiday, and benefits (tailored depending on location).

And This Is How Our Interview Process Goes

  • A 30-minute interview with a Recruiter to get to know you and your experience;
  • A technical interview to assess your skills and abilities;
  • A final 1.5-hours interview with three team members to gauge your fit with company culture and working style.

Sounds interesting? Do not hesitate to apply or contact us if you have any questions! Games Inc. is waiting for you!
