What You'll Do
- Secure and oversee work placements across Building Services and Electrical Installations vocational areas, ensuring students gain meaningful real-world experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for employer relations in these vocational sectors, building and maintaining strong industry connections.
- Plan and implement engaging employer events, creating valuable opportunities for students to interact with professionals.
- Organise employer visits for students, enhancing their exposure to different career paths and industry insights.
- Ensure timely completion of required documentation from employers, adhering to college guidelines and national expectations.
- Support students individually and in small groups to identify and develop their employability skills, empowering them to succeed in industry placements.

- Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to work independently using initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject is desirable, but industry experience and a willingness to obtain a relevant qualification are equally valued.
- A passion for sharing knowledge and expertise, inspiring the next generation of professionals and helping them succeed in the working world.
