A fantastic opportunity for an Improvement Director to join a leading renewable energy investment fund based in London, their portfolio includes investment in Solar, Wind, BESS and emerging renewable technologies.
Purpose Of Role
Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategic improvements across the investment portfolio and operational processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the investments.

Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategic improvements across the investment portfolio and operational processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current investment strategies and operational processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborative with senior leadership to set performance targets and milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimise the management of renewable energy assets.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or a related role within the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Asana, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of the renewable energy industry, including market trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
